Абдысагин Рахат-Би (02.02.1999 г.р.) — композитор и пианист, магистр искусствоведческих наук, автор двух опер и более 100 классических музыкальных произведений. Лауреат Государственной молодежной премии «Дарын» РК, обладатель почетного знака «За заслуги в развитии культуры и искусства» Межпарламентской Ассамблеи СНГ, член Ассоциации лауреатов Международного конкурса им. П.И.Чайковского. Победитель Национального проекта «100 новых лиц Казахстана».
Рахат-Би в 13 лет стал студентом, в 17 — магистрантом, проходил стажировку в МГК им. П. И. Чайковского, в 18 лет блестяще защитил магистерскую диссертацию. Затем принят в докторантуры трех престижнейших вузов Италии: Master di II Livello Миланской консерватории им. Джузеппе Верди (композиция), Master in II Livello Падуанской консерватории им. Чезаре Поллини (фортепиано), а также Corso di Perfezionamento (по композиции) Академии «Санта-Чечилия» (Рим). В 2019 г. он завершил их все блестяще в 20-летнем возрасте. Это наивысший уровень профессионального музыкального образования в Европе.
Рахат-Би называют казахским Моцартом. В 10 лет он писал музыку, которой могли бы гордиться зрелые композиторы! Его крупномасштабные симфонические полотна и камерные сочинения звучат в знаменитых концертных залах Италии, Австрии, Франции, Англии, Германии, Швейцарии, Испании, Чехии, Словении, Южной Кореи, Турции, Украины, России, Румынии, Египта, Иордании, Китая и США. Зачастую он сам играет партию солирующего фортепиано. Дает сольные и авторские концерты. Британские критики назвали Рахат-Би «настоящим казахским чудом, виртуозным пианистом с необыкновенной силой в руках и амбициями в характере».
Рахат-Би — самый юный участник и лектор ICTM, международных академий композиторов и исполнителей Impuls (Грац), стипендиат ISA (Мюрццушлаг), KlangZeitMünster, Сермонета (Италия). Он — автор ряда научных статей и книг, в 14 лет опубликовал уникальный труд «Математика и Современная Музыка». Владеет казахским, русским, английским, итальянским и испанским языками. Немецкие искусствоведы отмечают: «в музыке Рахат-Би особая структура и математическая точность, и в то же время она полна поэзии и страсти». Партитуры его произведений публикуются известными Европейскими и Российскими издательствами.
