160 гр. сахара
120 гр. муки
40 гр. крахмала
8 гр. ванильного сахара
Крем "Сливочный":
250 мл молока
2 желтка
100 гр. сахара
10 гр. муки
10 гр. крахмала ( кукурузный)
100 гр. сгущённого молока
1 ч.л. ванильного сахара/ваниль
300гр. сливочного масла 82%
Пропитка для бисквита:
200 мл. воды
3...4 ст.л. сгущённого молока
Глазурь:
100 гр. тёмного шоколада
1 ст. л. растительного масла ( рафинированного)
+ клубника для украшения
Выпекать бисквит нужно при 170 °С - 40...45 минут. Время выпечки и температура зависят от особенностей духовки.
